Shipping


All of our domestic and international orders are shipped through the United States Postal Services. International shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of the package.


We strive to get your pillows to you as quickly as possible, all orders in the USA will arrive within 7-10 business days (Except Pre-Orders). Please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS THAT YOU HAVE CONFIRMED IN PAYPAL AT CHECKOUT. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE ENTERED THE SAME SHIPPING ADDRESS ON OUR WEBSITE THAT YOU HAVE CONFIRMED IN PAYPAL. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your PayPal has on file, your order may be held for verification and we will contact you via email or phone for additional information. This process might delay your order 5-7 business days. Some item's are 13 designed only meaning they are designed place on ordered date and confirmation of full payment received, no refunds on pre-ordered items/no exceptions SORRY, items are designed 14-21 business days and shipped in 3-5 business days meaning your item/items will not arrive until 24 business days/3+ weeks later.  Please check your email if you have not gotten your tracking number within 3 business days after your order was placed, please also check your SPAM folder if you do not see your tracking number in your main inbox. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.


We process and ship packages Monday through Friday . We do not offer shipping or delivery on the weekends or holidays.


Exchanges/Store Credit


No returns, or store credit SORRY, NO EXCEPTION!!! Please look at items close as possibly online any questions PLEASE call or email us, we are uncertain of environments pillows being shipped too. We are a smoke/pet free environment. All items must be looked at very careful online. We are sure you'll love your purchase.

Indira designs Inc reserves the right to ban you from future use of the service at any time if we notice multiple cases of excessive issues, failure to comply with our guidelines, or failure to pay for items kept through this service.


International Shipping


Indira designs Inc is happy to serve our international customers by offering USPS INTERNATIONAL for shipping and handling to most destinations around the world. International shipping charges are based on several factors including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will be passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier.


Taxes and Duties


All applicable Customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package.  We have no control over possible delays due to Customs once the package has left the United States of America. By placing an order you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fees and/or surcharges and the cost, This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.


Lost/Stolen Items


We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once we release the package to the United States Post Service. We will email tracking numbers generated by the USPS to the email address provided at checkeout once items has been shipped. Once an item has been listed as "Delivered" on the United States Postal Service's website, we cannot be held responsible if the package was lost or stolen.


Defective/Damaged/Incorrect items:


Indira designs Inc. strives to provide the best customer service possible, and has taken steps to ensure customers with high satisfaction.  We accurately inspect every item before shipment to ensure quality, and every item gets a double verification to avoid mistakes.  In the rare event you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us IMMEDIATELY and we will try to work something out with you.  We appreciate if you can provide photos and details of the damaged item via our Customer Returns email address: id@indiradesigns.com
